Erin Nadeau
For Board of Education
Erin Nadeau has called Burlington home since 2010, drawn by the town’s reputation for academic excellence and strong sense of community. A graduate of the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, she has spent over 25 years turning numbers into insights, building a career in data analytics. She is now the Director of Decision Science and Analytics for a major insurance carrier.
Erin believes that good data leads to sound decisions, especially in education, where resources, programs, and policies can shape a student’s future. Her background in analytics gives her a unique perspective on how to balance facts, figures, and compassion to support teachers and help students thrive.
As the mother of two students in Region 10 schools, Erin sees firsthand the dedication of teachers and administrators who go above and beyond every day. She has served as a Girl Scout Troop leader, is active in her church community, and can be found cheering at her kids’ sporting events or blasting music in her yellow Jeep.
Trusted Decisions. Empowered Teachers. Thriving Students.
